I’ve had a theory that if you set your heart right and truly seek truth (of the Biblical sort) that it will find you. Thus seems to back that up:

“Ask, and you will receive. Search, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened for you. Everyone who asks will receive. Everyone who searches will find. And the door will be opened for everyone who knocks. ” Matthew 7:7-8 CEV

My question to those that believe is, “are you willing to accept the possibility that our culture has interpreted how to live this faith completely wrong? Are you willing to step out in creativity and take the risk to re-imagine what it means to live what is really taught in this book?

I don’t know if I understand you completely. Do you mean that culture, as in the secular culture? Or do you mean our Christian culture in America? If that is what you mean, then oh yes, my brother, I believe we have misinterpreted this passage!

I would love to see another post on this to expand on the theme!

Well, I found you by a college blogging website. You were listed as a blogger representing a college. Please forgive me for not remembering which one you represent. Anyway, I was looking at blogs since I’m going back to school this semester to work on my masters, and I came across this post, which impressed me. So I wrote!
